Happy Sunday and Happy February! The Tigeress Lifestyle January Fitness challenge has come to an end and a huge congratulations to anybody who gave it a good go!! You should be super proud!
With January 2015 gone forever, how do you feel? If you were to live the month again what would you change- anything or nothing at all? Did you give January your full efforts? Did you make yourself proud? January has been and gone, very quickly I must say, and there’s absolutely no going back. Did you make the most of the month?
The point that I’m trying to make is that your life is what you make of it. If you put 100% into meeting the goals that you want to achieve and tackling the challenges that you are faced with, then it will come. Be that working flat out in your exercise class to earn that top bod, running that little further than usual to push your fitness to new limits, cutting back on the tasty (and unhealthy) treats to improve your health or giving your all into making your dreams a reality. Anything is possible if you want it badly enough and the only person who can make it happen is you.
Don’t make your life something that you look back on and wish you did differently. Push your limits. Be your best. There’s a new month ahead of us with new challenges to embrace. Hello, February… What have you got in store? xx
