The most common question that I get asked is what I do to work out, so it only makes sense that I start showing you guys right here! Here’s a cheeky little insight into some of the exercises that I use to help work my tummy… Don’t forget to keep your abs tight and make sure all movement is being driven from them. P.S. Abs are built 80% on diet, so if you’re not seeing results it’s probably time to look at what you’re eating.
