It may be the end of the working week, but it’s the start of a whole new month. There’s a full thirty-one days of July ahead of us. Thirty one days of the only July 2016 that we will ever have. It seems silly not to make the most of it.
So, my task to you is to write down one achievable healthy goal to complete by the end of July and I guarantee that your happy hormones will be thanking you. May it be stretching for five minutes each morning, eating all five portions of fruit and veg every day, moisturising daily or completing x amount of sit ups per week, you can make it as challenging or simple as you like!
Whether you’re holidaying or working there’s no excuse not to add a little more health to your month. Happy Healthy July, everybody! xx
