I’ve been a fan of Jeffrey Campbell for a few years now, however when thinking of the brand it would always be their chunky heeled boots that would come to mind (or the luscious pair of hardware black and gold heels with lion emblems that I received as a Christmas gift back in 2013). It wasn’t until I was having a little browse of ASOS last month and stumbled across the most amazing pair of trainers in New In that I realised Jeffery Campbell sell sneakers and they are to die for…
As soon as I saw the Pastel Check Chunky Trainers I knew they had to be mine. They went straight into my saved items- I’d spent a lot of money on holidays around that time and am trying to save up at the moment so was a little wary of splashing out £139 on trainers, but I’d keep an eye on them anyway. My birthday came and what did the girls surprise me with…
They are everything that I could have dreamed of and more, seriously. For one, they look super cute and in pastel colours they’re not my usual go to mono vibe- great! Secondly, they’re so chunky that they give me at least an extra 2 inches in height, which I love. They’re also ridiculously comfy, which is so important as I have so many cute shoes that I love but begrudge wearing because they hurt my feet. Nobody wants the pain of heels in trainers!
Anyway, I then decided to have a little peak at what else Jeffrey Campbell have to offer in their trainer section and I was pleasantly surprised.
LO-FI in Denim
Currently sold out (sorry), these give me all the Britney-Justin vibes of the early noughties. Who doesn’t love a bit of denim & especially in the form of this season’s must-have trainer shape. OK, so perhaps not for everybody but I am definitely a fan.
LO-FI in Leather
Keeping with the LO-FI, this one may be more to your taste and a go-to trainer for any outfit. Love, love, love.
TEK-TONIC
All the feels for the Jeffrey Campbell Tek-Tonics. Oh, boy. Put them on my feet any day! I can just imagine it now; an all black athleisure outfit, with baseball cap, statement bag and these bad boys. Yup yup.
