Top Trainers to Carry you into 2019

When it comes to buying the right pair of trainers, it can be a bit of a struggle. There are just so many to choose from and they all seem to have a different purpose. Well, I’ve made the search a little easier by picking out my fave three trainers to wear in the gym, on light runs (up to 5k) or even just for running errands. They’ll do the job all while looking super cute as well. What’s not to like!

New Balance Fresh Foam Crush

These are my all time favourite when it comes to gym trainers. I wear them for teaching all of my spin classes, as they’re so lightweight and comfortable. With a recommended retail price of £85, the Fresh Foam Crush are currently on sale for £60. Go, go, go!

Adidas Solar Glide Shoes

I’ve only recently started wearing Adidas trainers but have been impressed with these Solar Glides. I wore them for the first ever time on a 10k run (silly, I know) but they did the job just fine. Being honest, I have trainers that I prefer for longer distances but in terms of for the gym and shorter runs, these are perfect and they look so, so nice too. It’s a yes from me, Adidas. RRP £119.95.

Designed as a running trainer, you can actually go the distance in this shoe. Great for this cold winter weather and to carry you all of the way through April showers, they are water repellent so made to keep your feet dry. An all-round good trainer of high quality that will pair with any outfit. RRP £114.95
