My 111CRYO Experience
I’d heard a lot about cryotherapy over the past few months- the use of extremely cold temperatures to shock the body into fight or flight mode, leading to a number of benefits- but had never thought to give it a go myself. Nonetheless, my insta feed had been filled with daring women, and men alike, submerging themselves into a -80 degree chamber for three whole minutes (absolutely bizarre, no?) so I couldn’t help but be intrigued.

Last night saw the launch event of the collaboration between Virgin Sport and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Attendees were invited down to take part in a 5k run, followed by Chipotle food of their choice and Margaritas to mark the beginning of a brand new run club!

As part of their sponsorship of the 2019 Virgin London Money Marathon, New Balance are about to open doors to their brand new pub, The Runaway and the press night went down a treat. Guests were greeted with a free bar (yippee!) and pie and mash (hello!) as well as numerous activities to keep us entertained throughout the eve. Last week, activewear brand Björn Borg held their ‘New Year, Same You. Just Better’ HIIT event at Bank’s boutique fitness studio Another Space and I headed down to see what it was all about.
