Christmas is just around the corner (how quickly has it crept up?!) but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t time to buy your last minute Christmas gifts! I’ve scoured the internet for my pick of the best gifts for any fitness and health lovers out there. So good you may have to treat yourself too…
Darker evenings and colder mornings are upon us, which means one thing. Winter is near. The weather may be looking pretty dull, but that doesn’t mean that your skin has to too. Here are my go-to skincare products for keeping my skin healthy, hydrated and glowing throughout the cold winter months.
For Your Face
If you’re looking for a product to intensely hydrate your skin then Dr. Roebuck’s Ultimite Hydrating Serum (£51) at Selfridges may just do the trick. Dr. Roebuck’s pride themselves on using natural and ‘minimal ingredients with maximum results.’ I headed to Selfridges and picked up a personalised serum for my skin type and am in love (ask in store for details). I find that the serum also help add that dewy look to your skin if you’re going make up free.
I am obsessed with activewear and athleisure clothing. In fact, I spend most of my life wearing it, which also means that I spend a lot of time in trainers. Yet when it comes to the right footwear outside of the gym and for completing that sports luxe look, it can sometimes be a little tricky.
We all know that shoes can make or break an outfit so here are my favourite non-gym trainers to keep your feet looking on-point this winter.
It’s come to my attention that there are way more fraudulent Instagram accounts out there than I thought. I mean, with the perks of being an ‘influencer’ and the difficulty of growing followers organically, I can kind of see why people resort to such extremes. Kind of. But that doesn’t mean that I agree with it. I’ve worked in the blogger industry for enough time now to see how much hard work goes into growing a genuine following. I know people that have worked years to build their online presence and deserve every bit of success that comes their way from it.
I joined forces with New Balance last weekend to celebrate the first birthday of their Oxford Street flagship store with giveaways, a live DJ (my friend, fellow blogger and all-round babe, Millie Cotton), special guests and of course cupcakes!
Myself and a selection of other fitness enthusiasts were able to pick out our ultimate running outfits, which I have to say was much harder than it sounds, as there were simply too many cute outfits to choose from! I eventually opted for the New Balance FuelCell in all white, RRP £130, as well as black running tights and this super cute sports bra worn below…
Earlier today I stumbled across a little gem in the heart of Soho, London, and I just have to share it with you all…
Now there are thousands of places to dine in London- some good, some bad, some incredible- but sometimes this just makes life that little bit harder. There’s almost too much choice and when it comes to food-based decision-making, I have to say that I’m usually pretty indecisive. I always find myself going back to same old restaurants (my faves) time and time again, as I know that I’m guaranteed a great meal and won’t leave feeling disappointed. However, this does mean that when I do find places worthy of adding to the list, I am absolutely over the moon. Today, Tabun Kitchen made the cut!
