I always think that ‘New Year, New You’ is a little bit ridiculous. The same as when people wait until Monday to start something different. If you want to change something about yourself or your life, why not do it now?! ‘This is my year’ reads time and time again on New Year’s Day, only for everyone to fall back into the same routine after a week or so of the hype. In fact, admit it, who’s fallen at the first hurdle of their New Year diet by ordering a take-away to nurse that New Year’s Day hangover…
With 2015 quickly approaching (11 days, can you believe it?!), I’m expecting to see the same again. OK, so if we really are waiting for next year’s arrival to change our lives, then let’s actually do something about it and… I’ll be joining you. I’ll be embarking on my January Fitness Challenge and I’d love for you to be part of it too!
I’ll be eating clean, drinking less and working out non-stop, all the while sharing my progress with you little tigers. The aim is to improve your fitness for January, setting you up for the entirety of 2015. Fancy it? All it involves is 20 minutes of exercise every day and filling your body with pure goodness. It”s not going to be easy, but it is achievable and will set you up for a active and healthy 2015.
