No Equipment Home Workouts

It’s been snowing across most of the country and it’s bitterly cold, so when we say we don’t want to go for a run, we mean that we don’t want to go for a run! I’m here to save the day with my short no equipment workouts that you can do from the comfort of your on home- no need to go outside whatsoever!

Click right here to choose which workout(s) you’ll be taking on this weekend! Enjoy! x

Beyoncé, Can You Handle This?

Kelly, can you handle this? Michelle, can you handle this? Beyoncé, can you handle this? I don’t think they can handle this! Well actually, I’m sure that they can. As can you, with my new bootylicious workouts ready to whip that butt into shape in no time!

There’s two to choose from, starting with the Ultimate Booty Building Squat Exercises. This one’s a full workout routine consisting of nothing but squats. From sumo to jumping, curtsy to kicking and the good old standard squat, there’s nearly every squat variation that you can think of (or fit into one workout).

Then there’s the no excuses, 3 Minute Booty Blast– a shorter power routine that is perfect for those of us who are lacking on time! Swap sitting on your butt swiping through Instagram for putting on your favourite song and seeing results. It’s even perfect for that before or after work fix. Why? Because it literally only takes 3 minutes.

Neither workout requires any equipment whatsoever and can be taken with you anywhere. Let me know what you think!

P.S. You can see all of my videos right here. You can also subscribe if you want updates everytime a new video is up! xx

One Minute to a Healthier You

Who knows somebody who just simply ‘doesn’t have time to exercise’? Or perhaps that’s you? If you’re an offender of using that line before then I suggest that you close your eyes now because research from a recent Canadian study has just blown that excuse right out of the water.

Accordingly to the findings, it only takes one minute of exercise per week to improve your fitness! 20 seconds of sprinting three times per week, improved fat-burning ability in just six weeks.

I love exercise way too much to only exercise for one minute per week, but it’s good to know that if I’m super hectic and my usual exercise routine is taking a back seat, that I just need to get my sprint on! Perhaps that dreaded dash for the bus is actually a small fitness blessing in disguise? xx
